Ride fee $1300 AUD Fully subscribed

Please Note: $600 of the ride fee is NON REFUNDABLE. This is due to some compulsory and non refundable accommodation fees that will have already been paid for by Audax Tasmania.
Max rider limit 26, if filled interested riders will go onto a Wait list in case of cancellation.

Pre-qualifying Ride (1)
A 600Km (or greater) Brevet Randonneur Mondiaux (BRM) ride 1st May 2026 to 31st January 2027.
or an Audax Australia 600km Brevet Permanent (BP) 1st May 2026 to 31st January 2027, must check with Ride Organiser first.

Event Tracking
We will be using SpotWalla to track riders. We would like riders to participate in tracking.
The following satellite tracking devices and mobile phones that can be linked to your SpotWalla account:

Audax Australia Ride Safety Recommendations
1. Mandatory front & rear lights that comply with Australian Road Rules, and Reflective vest or equivalent suggested by Audax Australia Ride Safety.

Suggested Additional Carriage of Clothing & Equipment
1. Space Blanket (300, 400 and 600km rides).
2. Suitable long sleeved rain jacket.
3. Long sleeved jersey.
4. Woollen under vest or equivalent.
5. Leg & arm warmers, beanie (warm cap), booties, & long finger gloves.
6. Spare tubes, pump, hex/torx tools.

Summary of support that will be provided
• Printable Maps & Cue sheets from this website.
• GPX Track files (for most GPS) from this website.
• Luggage support between overnight controls, max 12kg bag. NO large hard/soft suitcase, NO wheels, NO bike box/bag.
• Overnight accommodation (all) 8 nights.
• 4 Evening meals and (all) 8 breakfasts will be provided at (all) 4 overnight controls.
• Basic snacks and water at some intermediary controls.
• Volunteer support at all overnight controls and at some intermediary controls.
• Emergency transport in the event of mechanical breakdown or minor injury.

14 Feb 5.50am Final rider brief.
14 Feb 6am 200km Ride Start, The Whaler, Battery Point. 7.30pm Finish Overnight Control: Coles Bay.
15 Feb Rest Day: Coles Bay.
16 Feb 5am 300km Ride Start, Coles Bay. 1am 17 Feb Finish Overnight Control: Deloraine, two route options.
17 Feb Rest Day: Deloraine.
18 Feb 5am 400km Ride Start, Deloraine, Overnight Control: Launceston.
19 Feb 8am 400km Ride Finish, Overnight Control: Launceston
20 Feb Rest Day: Launceston. National Penny Farthing Championships, 10am-4pm, Evandale. TBC
