$1000AUD. 1st instalment $300 due 1 September 2022. 2nd instalment $800 due 1 October 2022.
Please Note: 1st instalment of $300 is NON REFUNDABLE. This is due to some compulsory and non refundable accommodation fees that will have already been paid for by Audax Tasmania.

Pre-qualifying Ride (1)
A 600Km (or greater) Brevet Randonneur Mondiaux (BRM) ride 1st May 2022 to 31st January 2023.
or an Audax Australia 600km Brevet Permanent (BP) 1st May 2022 to 31st January 2023, must check with Ride Organiser first.

Event Tracking
We would like riders to participate in tracking, please note that this is not compulsory.
Satellite device tracking options: SPOT Tracker or Garmin inReach.
Mobile phone app options: Bubbler GPS (Android) or SWTracker (Apple iOS).

Audax Australia Safety Recommendations
1. Mandatory front and rear lights that comply with Australian Road Rules Safety Recommendations.
2. Reflective vest or equivalent suggested by Audax Australia Safety Recommendations.

Suggested Additional Carriage of Clothing & Equipment
1. Space Blanket (300, 400 and 600km rides).
2. Suitable long sleeved rain jacket.
3. Woollen under vest or equivalent.
4. Leg & arm warmers, beanie (warm cap), booties, & long finger gloves.

Summary of support that will be provided
• Printable Maps & Cue sheets from this website.
• GPX Track files (for most GPS) from this website.
• Luggage support between overnight controls, max 15kg bag. NO large hard/soft suitcase, NO wheels, NO bike box/bag.
• Overnight accommodation (all) 8 nights.
• 4 Evening meals and (all) 8 breakfasts will be provided at (all) 4 overnight controls.
• Basic snacks and water at intermediary controls.
• Volunteer support at all overnight controls and at all intermediary controls.
• Emergency transport in the event of mechanical breakdown or minor injury.
• After ride breakfast, Tavern 42 Degrees South (T42).

12 Feb 6am 200km Ride Start, The Whaler, Battery Point. 7.30pm Finish Overnight Control: Coles Bay.
13 Feb Rest Day: Coles Bay.
14 Feb 5am 300km Ride Start, Coles Bay. 1am 15 Feb Finish Overnight Control: Deloraine, two options.
15 Feb Rest Day: Deloraine.
16 Feb 5am 400km Ride Start, Deloraine, Overnight Control: Launceston.
17 Feb 8am 400km Ride Finish, Overnight Control: Launceston
18 Feb Rest Day: Launceston. National Penny Farthing Championships, 10am-4pm, Evandale.
19 Feb 5am 600km Ride Start, Launceston. Overnight Control: Queenstown.
20 Feb 9pm 600km Ride Finish, The Whaler, Battery Point.
21 Feb 10am After ride breakfast, Tavern 42 Degrees South (T42), Elizabeth St Pier.
